Dear family and friends,

We landed in China just yesterday and are excited to explore the country. One thing we really want to do is see the great wall of China, the largest bridge in the world. We want to try to break the world record and get all the way to the other side without taking a break. The great wall is 8,850km long and our teacher told us it would be the same as walking from Toronto to Vancouver.

This is a picture of the great wall of China
One thing we really want to do eat Chinese food. We want to eat chicken balls, rice, and spring rolls. We want to learn how to use chop sticks to eat the noodles. At the end of a chinese food meal sometimes you eat fortune cookies that will tell you your future.

Bye thanks for reading. Check back soon for more details about our trip to china.

Exploring Egypt

Dear family and friends,

We just left Rio de Janeiro and we just arrived in Cairo, Egypt. We went to see the Nile river. which is the longest river in the world. There are enormous crocodiles that live in the Nile River. Egyptians can get water easier if they live close to the river. This helps them cool down because it's really hot here.

This is a crocodile from the Nile River
There are three main pyramids in Egypt where the Egyptians buried the three pharos. The pyramids are made out of stone blocks and took a very long time to build. They are in the shape of a rectangular pyramid.

Egyptians write their name from right to left instead of left to right. Sophia's mom Rania came into our class today to teach us about this. She told us that Egyptians invented a kid of paper called papyrus.

The Amazon and Brazilian Food

Dear friends and family,

We are here to talk to you about the kinds of food that people eat in Brazil. The biggest meal of the day is lunch. This happens at the hottest part of the day so they go inside to have a big meal at then have a siesta (a nap). They eat meat stew, rice, black beans and lots of fresh fruit. They also eat a lot of seafood like shrimp.

We have also learned about the Amazon. The Amazon is a really thick rainforest in Brazil. It is really hot there. There are lots of animals that live there including frogs, bird-eating tarantulas, red army ants. Poison Arrow Frogs also live there, and each one has enough poison to kill one hundred people.

Thank you for reading our blog post.

Dear parents and friends,

Right now we are in Brazil. Brazil is the fifth largest country in the world. It is shaped like a diamond. It is hot all the time here and there are lots of rainforests.

Today we learned that in the rainforest there is about 1,050 different kinds of reptiles. There are also piranhas. They look like really dangerous fish.

We call this piranha gusher
While we are here we want to go to the soccer game. We hope that Brazil wins the world cup.

We are having fun in Brazil. Thank-you for reading this and I hope you like it.

Dear parents,

Right now we are in Brazil. They play a lot of soccer here. It is really hot here! It is way hotter than Toronto! It's even summertime during Christmas. We are having a really good time here.

Next we are going to Egypt. It is supposed to be even hotter there. When we are there we definitely want to see the three pyramids. We also want to try the food there including a lot of chicken and rice.

We are having an awesome time travelling around the world.

Please leave you comments telling us what you think.

Dear family and friends,

Right now B6 is in Berlin, Germany and we are having a lot of fun! We have been in Germany about a week and we have done a lot of fun things.

First we needed a Euro to go on a boat trip along the Rhine River. We went to the bank to get the Euro. On the river we saw some birds and castles and we caught some fish. The boat was huge and it looked like a millionaire's yacht.

After we walked half an hour to Lego Land. At Lego Land there were buildings made out of over 4000 pieces! There were lots of things made out of Lego and it was very colourful.

We also ate some oversized pretzels and schnitzel and they tasted good.

We are having a fun time in Germany. We hope you leave comments about what you think about our trip.

Sincerely,

Lucas and Constantine
